I recently purchased a 3 family in an urban neighborhood. After I had closed I discovered a few things.
1.) There had and still is a drug problem in the house.
2.) The tenants were instructed by the seller's realtor not to say anything negative about the house.
3.) The neighbor's contacted the seller's realtor and requested that he notify the potential buyer (me) about what they were getting into with the house. He did not.
Does the realtors actions violate any laws?
