Didnt see a Share section so though it be ok to post my question here...

So, my question is being a Aberta Private Corporation is there a mininum price you can set your shares at?

For our share structure we want to Buy 1,000,000 shares for $0.00005. Is this possible?

Also, we understand that can only Sell shares for a mininum of $0.01, is this correct?

Thanks

Per my post in your thread a few weeks ago, you're past the threshold of your competence in corporate law. You're making decisions now that can have serious implications for your corporation down the road. Get a lawyer.

As for your question, as far as I'm aware there is no law setting a minimum price in Alberta on stocks. If a stock falls below $0.01, you might not be able to sell it publicly on an exchange, but you could still trade it privately.
