now that i went to court and have been fined, the judge put under my "case study" as "probation" until the end of summer. as well as my instalment payments are under "probation" i dont have to start paying until sept.
well as to my question:
since my case study is under "probation", does that mean i can say that i havent been convicted of a crime on an application for employment?
anyone with any knowledge of this, can u please reply? thanks alot

Could you give us more information about the case? Getting probation could be the result of a decision but we don't know if the case was adjudicated.
