When a official court order is posted publicly, shouldn't that order indicate names of Counsel's of Record ? For both the plaintiff and the defendant ?
Doesn't seem Official if those names are not posted.

Who appeared as counsel is essentially irrelevant - all that matters is that the order was made by a judge. No rule of court I'm aware of requires counsel to be named in an order. I think it's a courtesy more than anything.
