Jurisdiction/Place:

I live in Michigan and I am currently taking FMLA at my work and have had it approved. I only take off 1 hour a day 2 days a week and they allow me to adjust my lunch hour to 1/2 an hour vs. the hour I normally take. My supervisor keeps telling me (while trying to deny my time off) that she is being lenient with my time and that I take off too much time with my FMLA and other time. I also have plenty of vacation time available. Then they asked if I could work at another one of our offices to help them out. I told them that was fine. Then I remembered it was my FMLA day and asked my supervisor if I could take Friday as my FMLA day instead and she said that I need to be more flexible. Is she allowed to do this? I feel so upset and under pressure (it's bad enough that my Dad is so sick) but having to deal with her and her comments is making me sick to my stomach. Thank you.
