Section 501(c)(18)(D) pension plan

Hi

After deducting the above referenced pension plan contributions to get AGI, code H, over the last several years, are the distributions taxable as income?

My understanding is that distributions may be taxable by the state depending upon the state and the year when the plan was originally set up. Have you discussed this with a plan administratrator?
