I just sold a coin on ebay for under $9.00. Its value is strictly for the Silver bullion which is less than $10.00. By mistake, I sent out a "Second Chance" offer to the second highest bidder. The latter paid for it and I shipped it out to him. Meanwhile, I received another payment from the high bidder (and that's when I realized what had happened - that the "Second Chance" offer went out in error). I offered him Silver value coins of a higher value, but he insisted on the original coin. It was a genuine honest mistake on my part & I have an excellent reputation on Ebay. The high bidder, who legitimately should have the coin, insists that he wants it. He has threatened me with a criminal complaint and then a civil complaint. Where do I stand on this? Thanks, Sandy
