How is it that an employer can injure someone, then you go on w/c. When you are able to return to work they say your services are not needed. I have been employed, with this company for 21 years. They had someone, during a training exercise, dislocate my knee. Then they had a leaking ceiling, for 15 years and have been cited by OSHA, in which I tore up my knee again. The Doctor put me on permanent restrictions because of the damage to my knee. I had surgery to repair the damage but it did not work, Now I am in need of a knee replacement. What rights do I have?

See a worker's compensation lawyer. Hopefully, you did not sign off on a settlement.
