Tax preparer...
Jurisdiction/Place:

i filed my income tax to this tax preparer last month..its been a month and he still not doing my income tax..is there anything you can do with this guy.he keep on promising and he gave a date that which you can get the refund...but hes not doing it and pretty soon it will be the deadline of income tax filing..

Can you handle your own taxes? Visit IRS tax website and see if you can file that way. Also, the IRS can figure your tax for you. In addition, call the IRS help number and speak to someone there about your dilemma -- I believe they can get you out of this pickle. Also, if you miss the deadline of Apr 15, you might be penalized unless you have a good excuse for an extension.
