does the law protect wifes or husbands..that gets thrown out of the marital home..and can they just put your stuff on the porch...how does the law works...can the police tell u that u have to take your stuff and leave..im in ny..my wife cheated..now she want me to leave..and throw my stuff out
 
It depends on who owns the home. If it is your separate property then she is the one that has to leave. Otherwise take your stuff and file for a divorce.
