property taxes due / close to bankrupty chapter 13

Jurisdiction/Place:

well, first of all i am new to this site - I hope i will find some good advice

I stopped a foreclosure through chapter 13 but i just got a bill from tax office henry county, ga due to mortgage company did not pay the property taxes 07that were due on November (i was already behind in my payments)
I have to re-start paying my regular mortgage in February and the mortgage company already sent me the year end information (Form 1098) stating that they did not pay the property taxes.
I understand i was behind and put me in the foreclosure situation then the chapter 13 filling as only resource.
I don't know if I should pay the taxes myself, request the mortgage co to pay or how i'm going to file my taxes 07 with this situation?
The lawyers that filled my chapter 13 told me to check with accountant??

No.

But you could had you donated it or had it "stolen" and claim a theft loss.
