I am currently invovled in a workers compensation claim in SC, and on atleast 3 seperate occasions, the workers compensation insurance provider asked me and my manager if I had any tattoos, piercings, what color my hair is, if I wear glasses, etc. My manager gave them the information, and they now refused to pay for the surgery to correct my knee injury. Have I been discriminated against, and if so, do I have a case?

It is hard to tell from your post..........If that is really the only reason you are denied, then consult with an attorney. That sounds strange. Many attorneys would do free initial consultation.
