Why Are We Taxed???

Jurisdiction/Place:

It isnt constitutional to be taxed. That's why we left the rule of britain is so that we wernt taxed? Where does it say that we have to pay taxes???

The requirement to file an income tax return is articulated in 26 USC secs 6011 et seq. The requirement to pay the calculated tax is set forth in 26 USC secs 6151 et seq.
