but i am going to post it/ If someone were to work for a large corporation that is being sued by another for something they are totally guilty of and that person had evidence to prove it....could they profit off of it? what that be illegal?

for instance, if they were to contact the suing company and offer the evidence, (not testimony) for a fee ?
