Starting a business, becoming self employed

Jurisdiction/Place:

Hi I am thinking about going self employed and starting my own small business but could you please tell me how I go about it when I have no fixed address? Currently I am living in a small 2 berth caravan.
If I am able to start my own business it will be from total scratch.

The first thing you need is a physical address.
