Questions on an Order in Aid of Execution
Jurisdiction/Place:

I was just served papers to appear in the Court of Common Pleas regarding unpaid State
income taxes. The summons says it's an Order in Aid of Execution. No judge is listed and in fact, the referee appointed (it says) is the Counsel for the Plaintiff (the State of Ohio). What is an Order in Aid of Execution? and what should I be prepared for? do you advise hiring a lawyer for this court appearance? Thank you for your time in advance.

It would really mean a lot if someone could please answer this or point me in the right direction for answers. I'm VERY stressed about this!!!!
