taxes on unclaimed funds from an estate

Jurisdiction/Place:

NYS

My mother died in 1995. As her executrix, I filed an estate tax form for her and paid several thousand in federal and state taxes.

Last year I found her name on NYS unclaimed funds website. I filed for and have recently received $7000 (value of stock I did not know she had).

Regarding my tax liability - do I need to file an addendum to her estate taxes or do I list the $7000 on my personal income tax?

Thank you for your help.
