Posting Rules

While the acceptable terms of using these forums are contained within our Terms of Use, here is a summary of some of those rules so that we can all enjoy a friendly, informative discussion. :)

  1. Please look for an answer in old topics before beginning a new topic.
  2. Choose a good subject: Subjects that say, "Help me!" are not helpful and many who might help you will actually ignore you! Briefly describe your problem in your subject, then describe the problem in greater detail in the body of your post.
  3. Do not use inappropriate language - this means that commonly understood profanity is not acceptable in the forums.
  4. Do not post in all CAPS - it's understood by most to be shouting!
  5. Abuse, derogatory or incendiary comments or "flaming" is not tolerated in the forums. This includes all kinds of generally unacceptable behavior such as the denigration of another's race, religion, choice of employment, situation, etc. While we are a tolerant, understanding community here.
  6. There is absolutely no spamming allowed. If you have a question about advertising and promotion here please contact us. Here is a link to understand what is acceptable within your signatures.
  7. It is not permissible to post links to other websites for the purpose of advertising or promotion, off topic posts, or designed to move traffic to these external web sites. Links are placed here for reference purposes and courtesy only when there is a need to provide them.
