Token Tax Witholding

Jurisdiction/Place:

Hello,
I am opposed to animal experimentation and was wondering if it is possible to have the portion of my taxes withheld that go towards animal testing, as was done during the American involvement in Vietnam.
Thank you!

I would think this highly unlikely. If so, then every American would withhold what they want to for causes they don't care for. Personally, I think most Americans would object to everything the government does, thereby allowing them to not pay taxes at all.
