THE OWNER OF A COMPANY I WORKED FOR TOLD ME IF I FINISH THE END OF THE MONTH WITH A CERTAIN QUOTA HE SET I WOULD GET BACK PAY ,AN EXTRA DOLLAR AN HOUR, PLUS COMMISSION FOR WHAT I SOLD FOR THE MONTH OF JANUARY.THEN HE FIRES ME FOR OTHER REASONS . NOT ONLY DID REACH THE QUOTA I WELL SURPASSED THE MIN. AMOUNT NEEDED.DOES HE STILL HAVE TO PAY?
