In contract for a condo in Florida. Seller's son decided he doesn't want his mother to sell. Anyone know of the probability of winning in florida on specific performance? This is not the seller's primary residence.

Impossible to say without knowing more. Have you looked at the contract of sale to see if it addresses remedies should if the seller backs out?

It has an arbitration clause. I've hired an attorney...just wanted to know if anyone has had any experience and knows what my chances are....aside from what my attorney has said...thanks...
