Ok, I am dumb strucken!!! I was looking at property on the net and came across this site Here (http://auction.bidthenbuy.com/Real_Estate-10542-1.html) . They are selling a piece of land for $25 USD. Is this really possible? I am in South Africa (Cape Town) and there is no way you could even get a half an acre of land for that price! Is this a joke or are they actually being serious..?

LOL it always depends on how big that piece of land is, where it is, what is on it, under it, above it, next to it etc.

I could sell you a piece of my backyard for $ 25, but with New York City prices I fear it would not be big enough to even put your shoes onto it :)
