I got married at 20 (mistake), and it's been 15 months, but we haven't told anyone about it(except insurance, etc). He is 8 years older than me with two kids from a previous marrige, of which the divorce was finalized 2 months before we got married.. When he brought up having a vasectomy, we realized neither of us was willing to give in. Is an annulment possible if I want to have kids and he doesn't? I'm 21 now, and do not want to pass up the opportunity of my having my own children.
Any direction would be appreciated.
Thanks

Interestingly enough, I just received an annullment after 5 Years of Marriage and I have learn alot..

But the basis for an annulment are specific.. Bigamy was mine.. My ex- was actually still married to someone else.

To know the specifics you might want to simply read the law..

From the Family code: Sections 2200 - 2212

Here is some links.

As for my opinion.. I think your looking at divorce not annulment. and the grounds are irreconcillable differences..
