My husband and I are looking to buy an existing business. We currently pay child support and intend to continue paying child support. We have formed an LLC together. The question is do we buy the business in the LLC's name which has both of us listed, does it just have to be in mine, so we can pay child support on his income as an employee and not on what the business makes. How should we proceed in the purchase of a buisness. Thank you in advance for the time.
