the police officer drastically changed his testimony from the preliminary hearing to the suppression hearing my attorney said this was irrelevant i do not understand when this totally changed the events that led up to my arrest they are totally different versions i need to know what i can do about this as i lost my suppression hearing when my attorney never even questioned the officer about his change in testimony
