Violated Probation

I recently violated probation for dirty urine. If I go before the judge I will be sent to state prision for anywhere from two to the max of five years. I was told by my attorney who knows all about the case that if i am sentenced I will serve state prison time. I would like to know what Canada's extradition laws are, or if I will even be able to get across the border. Also is there a statute of limitations for a probation violation in Florida?

No one can determine whether or not you won't be caught trying to flee the country. Your attorney is in the best position to answer all your questions since he/she will know all the relevant facts, e.g. whether or not you have had restrictions placed on travel, etc.
